DTF transfers also print using white ink. Our bulk custom DTF iron-on transfers are printed on high-quality transfer film using durable inks that resist cracking.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are full-color heat-applied transfers for light and dark garments. No weeding or masking is required and DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester. (Nylons are not recommended due to the smooth texture. The adhesive needs to be able to bind to the fibers of the garment.)
Simply press and go! All you need is a heat press!
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS (VERY IMPORTANT!)
ARTWORK MUST BE PRINT-READY.
Images can be full-color graphics including, full-color photos, gradients/ombres, and effects.
Please do not submit mirrorred images. Our machine software will take care of this automatically.
Make sure the artwork dimensions are exact. For Single Image DTF Transfers: We will proportionally resize your artwork to fit within the selected transfer size, ensuring the original aspect ratio is maintained. Your image will not be altered to disproportionate dimensions unless you specifically request such a change by contacting us directly.
300 DPI resolution is highly recommended for the best quality.
Images should be in PNG file format which has a transparent background. DTF printers use white ink so white backgrounds will be printed, if present.
