  Preferred file type for best quality:
• JEPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva with 300 DPI Resolution or 3000x3000 Pixels/inch and a Transparent background.
• The print quality depends on the image quality.
• If you cannot provide us as mentioned above, we will use whatever resolution you provided.

We will notify you if we find the image is not workable or fuzzy or blurry. We seek your approval before we start production.

Proof Approval: 

• After you place your order we always send you a mockup for your approval to print in 48 hours.
• Please check that mockup/Proof carefully and approve if okay, if you want to make any changes, feel free to ask for changes.
• Once approved, we will make your item.
